Dear IBO,

We are excited to announce that we are nearing the commencement of our Brisbane Business Centre renovations to deliver a more personalised in-store experience.

Here is a snap shot of what you can look forward to:

• Improved wi-fi connectivity
• New convenient meeting rooms
• Alfresco lounge meeting area off the Business Centre ground floor
• New product experiences in-store
• Consultant meeting hubs on the Business Centre floor
• Exciting new digital experience information pads in-store

Time-line:
Level 2 – Diamond Room will be closed as of 27 July, 2018
Level 1 –Platinum Room will be closed as of 16 July, 2018
Level 1 - Café, Consultant offices, Gold and Executive meeting rooms will be closed as of 27 July, 2018
Level 1 – New Diamond Room estimated completion early August 2018
Business Centre - Alfresco Area estimated completion end of August 2018
Business Centre – New Platinum Room, Gold Room and Business Centre ground floor estimated completion end of August 2018

While we continue this transformation, please be assured there will be no disruption to Business Centre operations. All current meetings that are scheduled in our booking calendar up until end of August will continue as normal. All new meetings requests during this period will be reviewed and confirmed by Annemarie McBride, Business Centre Manager – Loganholme.
